Since 2005, when he began his career as part of the production team of “Almorzando con Mirtha Legrand”, through his role as General Producer of the theater play “El Graduado” and later as Co-Artistic Director at América 2 between 2008 and 2011, Nacho Viale has built a successful and dynamic professional career.
In 2012, he took a major step forward by founding his own content production company, StoryLab Argentina. Since then, he has positioned the general-interest shows on Canal 13 — “Almorzando con Mirtha Legrand” and “La Noche de Mirtha” — as two of the most iconic brands on Argentine television, consistently achieving leading audience ratings to this day.
Among his most notable achievements, he premiered the feature film “La Patota” (2015) in cinemas; co-produced, alongside Endemol, the highly successful prime-time series “La Dueña” (2012) for Telefe; and developed, with DirecTV, two seasons of the acclaimed series “La Casa del Mar” (2015/2016).
Through StoryLab, he has also created and produced original content for national and international streaming leaders, such as “Post Mortem” for Flow (2020) and “Estocolmo” for Netflix (2016/2019). In 2019, he launched the docu-reality “Mil Manos por Argentina” on Flow, followed in 2020 by the episodic documentary “Héroes Invisibles”, focused on the COVID-19 pandemic, broadcast on América.
In 2022, Nacho served as Executive Producer for the series “Último Primer Día” for Flow and “C0d3rs Championship” for Amazon Prime Video. That same year, he also worked as General Producer for the show “Almorzando con Juana”, which continues to air successfully to this day. In 2023, he returned as General Producer of “La Noche de Mirtha Legrand” and produced the series “Ringo: Gloria y Muerte” for Star+, as well as “Frágiles” for Flow.
Currently, Nacho Viale serves as the General Producer of the television cycles “La Noche de Mirtha Legrand” and “Almorzando con Juana”, both broadcast on Canal 13 and produced by StoryLab.
Two of his most successful original creations with StoryLab have been nominated for the International Emmy Awards in different categories: “La Casa del Mar” for Best Drama Series in 2016, and “Mil Manos por Argentina” for Best Short-Form Series in 2020.
Today, he is in the development and pre-production stages of multiple original projects for major national and international streaming platforms, continuing to expand StoryLab’s creative footprint on a global scale.
